Elektrostimulasyon ile kuvvet gelişimi ve kuvvet antrenmanlarında elektrostimulasyonun yerinin saptanması

Abstract

5, SUMMARY y It has been observed that the existing strength train- ing methods are applied in different order when they are analy sed. In this study j in order to find out which one of these differ ent ordering© produce the best result, studies were conducted on the left arm musculus biceps brakii muscle of 39 students, aged between Hj--15,who haven't had any sportive activity before by forming three groups. The ordering applied to the first group was listed as being strength training with electrostimulation, static strength trainings and dynamic strength training» The ordering v/hich was applied to the second group was listed as dynamic strength training, strength training with electrostimulation, and static strength training. The ordering for the third group was as static strength training, dynamic strength training, and static strength training. Before and after the application of the methods categori zed into three as seen above, when the data obtained at the end of the application of the standard test is analyzed., it has been found out that the most fruitful strangth increase has been ob served in the ordering of the methods applied to the first group in the form of strength training with electrostimulation, static strength training, and dynamic strength training. 6-6

5- ÖZET Kuvvet çal aşmaları incelendiğinde mevcut kuvvet geliştirme yöntemlerinin değişik saralarda uygulandığa gözlemlenmiştir Bu tez çalışmasında varolan sıralamaların hangisinin sonucu daha verimli kıldığını saptayabilmek amacıyla l^f-15 yaşlarında hiç spor yapmamış 39 öğrenci üzerinde, sol kol M- Biceps Brakii kasanı kullanarak 3 ayrı grupta çalışmalar yap tık. Birinci gruba uyguladığımız çalışma yöntemlerini elek- trostimulasyon ile kuvvet çalışması. statik kuvvet çalışması, ve dinamik kuvvet çalışması şeklinde sıraladık* İkinci gruba uyguladığımız çalışma yöntemlerini dinamik kuvvet çalışması, elektrostimulasy on ile kuvvet çalışması, ve statik kuvvet çalışması şeklinde sıraladık. Üçüncü gruba uyguladığımız, çalışma yöntemlerini statik kuvvet çalışması, dinamik kuvvet çalışması, ve statik kuvvet çalışması şeklinde sıraladık» Üç grupta uygulanan tüm çalışma yöntemleri öncesi ve sonrası deneklere verilen standard testten elde edilen bulgular yorumlandığında ortaya çıkan genel sonuç, en fazla kuvvet artışının birinci gruba uygulanan elektrostimulasyon ile kuvvet çalışması, statik kuvvet çalışması, ve dinamik kuvvet çalışması şeklindeki sıralama olduğu belirlenmiştir» 65
