Sulla reiterazione dei miracoli nei pellegrinaggi tardo medievali in Terrasanta

Abstract

Through compared confrontation of some miracles attested by Jerusalem pilgrims, the author tries to recognize their elements and functions. Notwithstanding pilgrimage accounts present a strong standardization both of styles and contents, the analysis of miracles here discussed allow to individualize important evolutions, that can be explained with the historical and political contest of their diffusion.
