El presente trabajo problematiza la inmoralidad en el derecho y su relación con los absolutos morales. A su vez, la discusión se centrará en dos ejes axiales. La primera dará cuenta del bagaje teórico del fundamento de las acciones humanas y la filosofía práctica. El segundo, analiza la tesis de John Finnis sobre los absolutos morales y su vinculación con las corrientes éticas contemporáneas.
This paper discusses the immorality in Law and its relation to moral absolutes. In turn, the discussion will focus on two axle shafts. The first will realize the theoretical background of the basis of human action and practical philosophy. The second analyze John Finnis’s thesis on moral absolutes and its relation with contemporary ethical models.
