Abstract

Nell’industria cosmetica, farmaceutica e nutraceutica, veicolare un estratto vegetale in una forma stabile e facilmente manipolabile è un problema tecnologico di particolare rilievo. La microincapsulazione degli attivi in matrici polimeriche è la soluzione innovativa oggetto di uno studio che evidenzia ancora una volta l’importanza della relazione tra ricerca universitaria e mondo della produzione.
