Abstract

RESUMEN. La educación debe jugar un papel preponderante en el afianzamiento de la cultura política. En este sentido, el presente trabajo de investigación analiza cuál ha sido la incidencia del gobierno escolar como política en la formación de sujetos políticos (participación política y ciudadanía), indagando y analizando cuáles son los mecanismos y espacios reales de participación para los estudiantes de las instituciones educativas oficiales de la comuna 1 del municipio de Soacha. A pesar del interés que muestran los jóvenes en hacer parte de las instancias políticas de las instituciones, se evidencia que aún faltan espacios de participación y promoción de lo político en la comuna; hallándose falencias en la comunicación entre los diferentes estamentos que conforman los gobiernos escolares. PALABRAS CLAVE: Cultura política, gobierno escolar, participación política, ciudadanía.

Abstract Education must play a leading role in strengthening the political culture, in this sense, this research analyzes what has been the School governance incidence like government policy on the formation of political subjects (political participation and citizenship), investigating and analyzing what are the mechanisms and actual areas of participation for students of the official educational institutions of one commune of Soacha. Despite the interest shown by young people to be part of the political instance of the institutions, it is evident that there are still missing opportunities for participation and promotion of the politician in the commune; being found shortcomings in communication between the different bobies that make up the school governments.
