Abstract

El modelo 1 a 1 en Colombia ha sido un intento por modernizar el modelo educativo en nuestro país. El docente se convierte en pieza fundamental en esta política pública, ya que se convierte en eje articulador entre las herramientas digitales y los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje. El presente trabajo aborda el panorama actual del docente en el programa Computadores Para Educar (CPE), como política pública del modelo 1 a 1 en Colombia.

The model 1-1 in Colombia has been an attempt to modernize the educational model in our country. The teacher becomes a fundamental part of this public policy, as it becomes the linchpin between digital tools and processes of learning. This paper addresses the current situation of teachers in the program "Computers for Schools" (CPE), as a public policy in the model 1-1 in Colombia .
