El testimonio es un tipo de texto provechoso para analizar los procesos de reconstrucción de las memorias sociales surgidas a partir de las catástrofes histórico-políticas vividas a lo largo del siglo veinte. Este artículo propone reflexionar en torno a algunas relaciones intertextuales entre dos narrativas testimoniales, la literatura de la Shoah y los testimonios concentracionarios escritos por supervivientes de la última dictadura militar en Argentina (1976-1983), a fin de observar con qué objetivos los testigos argentinos —varios de ellos productores de testimonios y también de teoría y crítica sobre el género— actualizan en sus producciones aquellas lecturas producidas con anterioridad, entre las que sobresalen las obras de Primo Levi, Jorge Semprún, Elie Wiesel y Víctor Frankl, por citar algunos nombres relevantes.

Testimony is very helpful to analyze the processes of reconstruction of social memories arising from the historical and political catastrophes lived throughout the twentieth century. This article aims to study some intertextual relationships between two testimonial narratives, the Shoah Literature and the literature written by survivors of the last military dictatorship in Argentina (1976-1983) —many of them both writers of testimonies and producers of theory and criticism on the genre. The purpose is to consider the intentions that underlie the uses of readings previously made by Holocaust survivors such as Primo Levi, Jorge Semprun, Elie Wiesel, and Victor Frankl, among other relevant names, in their own works.
