Abstract

Por su gran diversidad ambiental y por la complejidad de la problemática humana del pasado, los estudios arqueológicos en Mendoza han permitido indagar temas muy diversos tales como las estrategias humanas en ambientes áridos/semiáridos y de altura, la dispersión de poblaciones productoras de alimentos, la relación caza recolección/agricultura, los procesos de diferenciación social, y el Imperio inca en la frontera, entre otros. En estas páginas se mostrará el estado del conocimiento y la discusión de estos procesos y se ofrecerá información para profundizar sobre éstos y otros tópicos vinculados.
