Entre libros y ejemplos: principios morales en la educación secundaria

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo es analizar los repertorios morales de los docentes que trabajan en dos escuelas secundarias ubicadas en zonas periféricas de la ciudad de Rosario, donde desarrollamos nuestro trabajo de campo. Siguiendo tal objetivo nos centramos en los valores canonizados en los proyectos pedagógicos de cada institución, los cuales tienen como fuente libros de educación popular y ejemplos de militantes barriales. También abordamos la conflictividad de los distintos repertorios morales que circulan en las escuelas, los cuales son movilizados y combinados por los docentes de maneras particulares para categorizar a sus estudiantes, a sus colegas y a sí mismos.

The purpose of this work is to analyze the morals repertories of teachers that works in two high schools located in the outskirts of the city of Rosario, where we develop our field work. Following this objective we focus in the canonized values in pedagogical projects of each institution, that have like as source popular education books and exemplars of district activist. Also we deal whit the conflict of the different morals repertories that circulate in the schools, which are mobilized and combined by teachers in particulars ways to categorize their students, their colleague and themselves.
