Creacionismo y confluencia de tradiciones metafísicas en el pensamiento medieval

Abstract

Resulta un hecho indubitable que en el pensamiento medieval cristiano tuvo lugar la recepción de una multiplicidad de doctrinas metafísicas dispares, tanto provenientes de la filosofía griega como de la patrística y de las escolásticas islámica y judía. Se ha hablado también de la coexistencia, en el Medioevo, de una metafísica del Bien, de raigambre platónica y centrada en la noción de bien, con una metafísica "del Éxodo", que, con bases bíblicas, subraya el ser, en su acepción existencial, como principio fundamental. Ante el hecho de esta heterogeneidad, intentaremos señalar cómo han logrado conjugarse estas distintas tradiciones y en qué sentido han llegado a inscribirse en un distintivo horizonte creacionista cristiano.
