Pensar las relaciones entre políticas Culturales y colectivos artísticos comunitarios: El caso del Programa de Teatro Comunitario Mendocino

Abstract

El ensayo consiste en la presentación de un proyecto de investigación que se ubica en el campo de la política cultural pública al observar las relaciones entre un programa de gobierno y un fenómeno artístico-comunitario local. La propuesta de estudio abarca el Programa provincial de Teatro Comunitario de la Dirección de Desarrollo Cultural de la Secretaría de Cultura del gobierno de Mendoza en el período 2008-2014 y los grupos de teatro comunitario de la provincia. El objetivo es analizar la concepción de teatro comunitario promovida por el Programa a partir de los contenidos, mecanismos y metodologías que implementa, así como la de los grupos de teatro comunitario desde sus discursos y prácticas, en tanto encontramos que en torno a su significado se estructuran las principales tensiones y problemáticas. Las relaciones entre ambos fueron indagadas en las distintas instancias de articulación e intercambio entre el programa y los grupos, a partir de un diseño de investigación cualitativo.
