Abstract

Este artículo analiza un fenómeno habitual en las lenguas en contacto, el de la réplica gramatical, en este caso de la lengua toba al castellano, basado en trabajos individuales y grupales realizados por los investigadores y becarios del NELMA. Vaya en éste, entonces, un afectuoso agradecimiento de todo el equipo a la Dra. Norma Meichtry quien, allá por 2001, decidió promover estudios sobre lenguas indígenas chaqueñas en el Instituto de Investigaciones Geohistóricas de Resistencia. Sus directivas, consejos y generosidad en transmitir un saber-hacer institucional nos guiaron con sabiduría en la a veces fascinante, otras más prosáica, sintaxis del mundo académico que nos toca transitar. El texto contiene numerosas notas al pie para facilitar la lectura al público no especialista y no nos hemos privado de compartir, al igual que otros colegas en este libro, las especificidades disciplinares que forman parte de nuestro trabajo cotidiano en el Instituto.
