Abstract

El transhumanismo es un movimiento que propone el mejoramiento tecnológico de las capacidades físicas y cognitivas del ser humano hasta el punto de intentar alcanzar la perfección de su especie. El debate iusfilosófico a sus propuestas y promesas se encuentra en una reflexión en torno al impacto que la Inteligencia Artificial producirá en nuestra forma de vida y en el futuro de la especie humana, como en la incidencia de la robótica en el ámbito de los derechos y libertades.Se diferencian tres variedades de transhumanismo: el cultural, (definición del concepto de dignidad humana y del status de subjetividad humana, la modificación del genoma, etc.), el biológico (ingeniería genética, manipulación de las emociones, eugenesia, etc.), y el cibernético (dependencia humana de Ias méquinas, el uso de robots en el mercado laboral, etc.
