Edgardo Antonio Vigo y el poema-proceso carioca: visualidad y participación en Latinoamérica durante los años sesenta.

Abstract

En el contexto latinoamericano de los años sesenta, se evidenció la conciencia de la visualidad como construcción social. Esta visualidad estuvo mediada por la estrategia participativa de los agentes intervinientes en el campo cultural argentino y brasileño. Nos interesa analizar las modalidades que adquirió la participación en el caso del artista argentino Edgardo Antonio Vigo y los postulados del poema-processo carioca. Los contactos culturales entre ambos fueron intensos y dan cuenta del pasaje de la proposición lingüística a la acción performática. Esto nos lleva a proponer la noción de arte instruccional: un arte basado en la consigna y en el hacer, en la interacción del artista y el participante.
