Abstract

El libro presenta la nueva ley de Libertad religiosa presentada por el gobierno nacional al Parlamento argentino en 2017 y es acompañado por una reflexión critica desde diversas disciplinas de las ciencias sociales.El articulo muestra las contradicciones y dificultades de un proyecto que apunta a desarrollar la libertad religiosa en el estado para el conjunto de sus ciudadanos y de ese modo eliminar la ley vigente de la última dictadura cívico-militar -religiosa y se convierte en una ley elaborada por grupos religiosos para desarrollar sus propuestas e imponer sus convicciones.
