Tilhørighet og identitet hos krysskulturelle ungdommer

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is cross-cultural youths belonging and challenges, and how this affects their identity development, perceived location and belonging at home and in the society. The assignments’ theme is placed in the cross-cultural field. The background choice of this theme is from my experiences as a multicultural person with an immigrant background. The purpose of this study is to gain knowledge and insight into how young people with a non western background experience the balance between several cultures in a western society such as Norway.
