Barns naturopplevelser og helsefremmende arbeid i barnehagen

Abstract

I prosessen med å finne tema og problemstilling fant jeg tidlig ut at jeg ønsket at oppgaven min skulle handle om hvordan naturen kan påvirke barnehagebarns helse. Ettersom at helse er et stort begrep som rommer mye, valgte jeg å gjøre en avgrensning med å rette fokuset mot den psykiske helsen. Kjente ganske tidlig i prosessen at jeg var nysgjerrig på å høre hvilke oppfatninger barnehagelærere har av naturens betydning for barns psykiske helse, så da endte jeg opp med denne problemstillingen: «På hvilke måter opplever barnehagelærere at naturopplevelser kan påvirke barnehagebarns psykiske helse på en positiv måte?»
