Abstract

IRIS har på oppdrag for Kulturdepartementet utført en evaluering av kirkens lokale ordning. Sentralt i undersøkelsen har vært å se på hvordan soknet, som er kirkens grunnenhet, er organisert og i praksis fungerer sett i forhold til rettsgrunnlaget, særlig med henblikk på de endringer som kom i forbindelse med Kirkeloven av 1996.
