Lønnsomhetsanalyse av V2G-park

Abstract

This thesis makes use of electricity consumption from Oslo Airport to estimate the value of Vehicle-to-grid (V2G) on the parking lot by the airport. Using Microsoft Office Excel and Python, the data is separated into the need for energy and the need for power. Present value for the project is calculated from the savings in demand rate. The study concludes that it’s probably too early to make use of such a large scale V2G park, but that it may be viable when the costs for chargers decline and more vehicles are V2G compatible.
