Abstract

Praca dotyczy strategii radzenia sobie ze stresem oraz postaw rodzicielskich u uczniów gimnazjum. Opisane zostały tu zagadnienia teoretyczne oraz zaprezentowane wyniki badań własnych, których celem było określenie wpływu postaw rodzicielskich na rozwój strategii radzenia sobie ze stresem u młodzieży gimnazjalnej. Wyniki próby obejmującej 120 uczniów w klasach od I do III gimnazjum, przeprowadzonej za pomocą kwestionariuszy Jak Sobie Radzisz? (Z. Juczyński, N. Ogińska-Bulik) i Skala Postaw Rodzicielskich (M. Plopa), wykazały, że dziewczęta częściej niż chłopcy stosują strategie Aktywnego Radzenia Sobie (ARS), Koncentracji na Emocjach (KNE) oraz Poszukiwania Wsparcia Społecznego (PWS). Uzyskane wyniki wskazują na związek pomiędzy percypowanymi postawami rodzicielskimi a stosowanymi sposobami radzenia sobie ze stresem.
