Abstract

La presente tesis desarrolla un Plan de Responsabilidad Social Empresaria para la mutual Jerárquicos Salud. En el primer capítulo se plantean el objetivo general, los objetivos específicos, la metodología y las herramientas utilizadas para la confección de este trabajo. Además, se desarrolla el marco teórico y se destaca la importancia del estudio de la Responsabilidad Social Empresaria en las organizaciones modernas. En el segundo capítulo se analizan algunas de las numerosas iniciativas internacionales que se ocupan del tema estudiado, especialmente la Norma Iso 26000. En el tercer capítulo se caracteriza y se estudian a las Organizaciones del Tercer Sector, particularmente al Mutualismo y a la legislación argentina aplicable. En el cuarto capítulo se analiza a Jerárquicos Salud, describiendo la institución y realizando un estudio pormenorizado de su accionar en temas de Responsabilidad Social Empresaria. Finalmente en el quinto capítulo se expone el plan de Responsabilidad Social Empresaria propuesto para Jerárquicos Salud.

This thesis develops a Corporate Social Responsibility Plan for Jerárquicos Salud mutual . The first chapter raises the overall objective, specific objectives, methodology and tools used for the preparation of this work. In addition , it develops the theoretical framework and highlights the importance of studying Corporate Social Responsibility in modern organizations . The second chapter discusses some of the many international initiatives that deal with the subject studied, especially the Iso 26000 Standard . In the third chapter Third Sector Organisations are characterized and studied , particularly Mutualism and Argentine applicable law . The fourth chapter analyzes Jerárquicos Salud, describing the institution and carrying out a detailed study of their action on issues of Corporate Social Responsibility . Finally the fifth chapter gives the Corporate Social Responsibility Plan proposed for Jerárquicos Salud.
