El trabajo colaborativo en situaciones no presenciales

Abstract

Se presenta una investigación que pretende conocer cómo se trabaja en un entorno no presencial de un modo colaborativo y qué tipo de relaciones interpersonales se producen en este ambiente entre los sujetos. Para ello, se analizan dos experiencias educativas en las que alumnos universitarios trabajaban de un modo colaborativo en BSCW, un espacio no presencial. Dichas experiencias tuvieron lugar durante los cursos 2000 y 2002 con alumnos universitarios españoles. Se pretende verificar si las actitudes, formación y uso de los sujetos hacia la informática condicionan el trabajo colaborativo, analizar las interrelaciones personales que se producen, y las posibilidades educativas que tiene el trabajo colaborativo. Finalmente, se presentan los resultados obtenidos, y se destaca como conclusión que la mayoría de los aspectos analizados no son condicionantes del trabajo colaborativo.
