Abstract

Durante la Guerra Civil (1936-1939) Ibiza y Formentera estuvieron bajo el dominio franquista, con la excepción de un breve periodo de dominio republicano a partir de la expedición de Bayo y Urribarri (agosto-septiembre de 1936). A pesar de eso, la sociedad ibicenca y de Formentera se dividió profundamente y las islas conocieron a fondo las repercusiones de lo ocurrido. Este volumen ofrece una visión sintética de la Guerra de los Tres Años en las Pitiusas.
