Escuela, asesoramiento y cambio social

Abstract

Se presenta una visión de la formación del profesorado desde una perspectiva política, entendiendo como tal la aportación a la comunidad que hacen las personas, tanto individual como colectivamente. La formación del profesorado está enfocada a lo técnico y académico y como las necesidades de formación del profesorado están en función no de su demanda real sino de la 'oferta' administrativa, es decir de la que la administración educativa juzga significativa y obligada en cada coyuntura política. De este modo, se pone en relación la escuela como institución, el asesoramiento que el profesorado recibe y los valores sociales que entiendo están inmersos en esa formación docente y que marcarán la futura educación del alumnado en los centros educativos y su proyección posterior como ciudadano.
