Abstract

Se analizan las competencias docentes del profesorado en torno a una familia profesional. Se parte de la diversidad de contextos y escenarios de actuación que dan pie a otros tantos perfiles profesionales docentes. De ahí la necesidad de concreción de una familia profesional y la caracterización de las competencias profesionales de algunos perfiles profesionales. Establece tres niveles en el perfil profesional del docente. Las competencias docentes debe ser revisadas para adaptarse al marco europeo del EEES (Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior) y el EQF (Marco Europeo de Cualificaciones). Tras enumerar las competencias profesionales del perfil docente según diversos autores, se establece una propuesta de competencias constitutivas del perfil profesional.
