Estrategias de comprensión lectora

Abstract

El libro se divide en dos partes claramente delimitadas. En la primera, se analiza el concepto de comprensión lectora y los procesos de distinto nivel que implica, y se hace una breve mención a la búsqueda de información; se abordan muchas de las variables subjetivas, contextuales y de tarea que la condicionan; se sistematizan algunas de las dificultades más frecuentes que en ellas suelen manifestar los lectores; y se establece un marco de referencia para diseñar programas de instrucción en estrategias que traten de subsanar estos problemas de los alumnos. La segunda parte está más centrada en los programas de entrenamiento en diferentes actividades que favorecen la comprensión, y en cada capítulo se aborda, de forma monográfica, alguno de los factores que inciden sobre el aprendizaje de textos. En el último capítulo, se aborda el aprendizaje autorregulado, el objetivo a largo plazo que, de forma explícita o implícita, persiguen todos los programas de instrucción en estrategias.
