La motivación : el motor del comportamiento humano

Abstract

Todo comportamiento humano está motivado, por lo que la forma de saber la motivación de una persona es analizar su comportamiento. Partiendo de este principio, se examinan las diferentes teorías que han desarrollado sobre el proceso motivacional algunos autores (Maslow, McGregor, Alderfer, McClelland, Herzberg y Taylor).
