Aportación didáctica a la historia del cajón como instrumento musical

Abstract

El uso del cajón como instrumento musical se ha generalizado gracias a su relación con el flamenco, convirtiéndose en un instrumento fundamental en sus interpretaciones. Se aportan los datos de viajeros desde el siglo XIX, en África y América, que atestiguan el empleo del cajón como instrumento de percusión en diferentes culturas, con diferentes tipologías, y en sus diversas maneras de hacer percusión con ellos.
