Memoria de trabajo en el aula

Abstract

La memoria de trabajo es una función ejecutiva básica que nos permite almacenar y manipular información en la mente durante períodos cortos de tiempo. Esto es necesario para realizar tareas cognitivas complejas que implican razonamiento, comprensión y aprendizaje. La memoria de trabajo de cada persona tiene una capacidad limitada pero existen estrategias para entrenar dicha memoria de trabajo en el aula. Se analizan los principios básicos sobre los que trabajar para mejorar esa memoria de trabajo en el alumnado.
