Música y emociones positivas

Abstract

Se analiza cómo las emociones positivas incrementan las posibilidades de éxito en la vida y, como cualquier otra habilidad, puede entrenarse. La educación en el optimismo desde etapas tempranas ha de ser un objeto básico dentro del sistema educativo y la música puede desempeñar un papel decisivo. Se analiza cómo la música contribuye a desarrollar las emociones positivas, sus beneficios en el alumnado y sus posibles aplicaciones en el aula.
