La modelización como competencia transversal en el sistema educativo español

Abstract

Se pretende mostrar como la modelización se puede integrar a todos los niveles del sistema educativo, desde primaria hasta la educación superior. A partir de las experiencias descritas, se puede deducir que la modelización puede entenderse de forma dual como herramienta para el aprendizaje de contenidos matemáticos o como un objetivo más dentro de la enseñanza de las matemáticas. Además, se observa que la modelización resulta ser una competencia transversal e integradora del conocimiento matemático.
