Cambio y mejora en las organizaciones educativas

Abstract

La presente aportación se sitúa en el marco de las propuestas que consideran al centro educativa como contexto idóneo para promover el cambio y la mejora escolar. La innovación o la institucionalización de los cambios es, al respecto, el referente que se tiene que considerar. Los departamentos didácticos y los equipos educativos se consideran las estructuras adecuadas para promover e impulsar innovaciones, siempre y cuando desarrollen las funciones propias de los órganos «staff», utilicen estrategias culturales de trabajo y gestionen adecuadamente el conocimiento colectivo generado. Al respecto, se proporcionan algunas herramientas y se sitúan en un marco de condiciones y limitaciones.
