Abstract

Se analizan los motivos que explican la existencia de reminiscencias confesionales en una sociedad fuertemente secularizada, donde la Constitución española establece que ninguna confesión religiosa tiene carácter estatal. Por ello, se argumenta a favor de la necesidad ineludible de eliminar la Religión de las aulas en la educación pública, contra lo establecido en la recientemente aprobada “ley Wert”.
