Interdisciplinární výzkum krajiny na pomezí Slezska a Moravy

Abstract

This publication is a partial result of the project Historical Landscape on the Border of Silesia and Moravia (number DG18P02OVV017) implemented within the Program to Support Applied Research and Experimental Development of National and Cultural Identity for 2018-2022 (NAKI II), provided by the Ministry of Culture CR. Further information can be found on the project website (http://historickakrajina.cz/). The research focuses on the wider area, formed by the Moravian Gate and the adjacent parts of the Upper Moravian Gorge, the Low Jeseník, the Ostrava Basin, the Podbeskydské Uplands, and the Western Beskydy Mountains. From a territorial and administrative point of view, these are the districts of Frýdek-Místek, Karviná, Nový Jičín, Ostrava - město and the adjacent parts of the districts of Kroměříž, Olomouc, Opava, Přerov and Vsetín. In total, the area of interest represents an area of approximately 4,150 km2.
