Transfer wiedzy w ramach programu offsetowego jako szansa dla polskich przedsiębiorstw
The paper presents the model of cooperation among business, academia, the government and NGOs, developed and promoted in the Innovation Center of the University of Łódź, founded in December 2003, in the framework of the American-Polish Offset Program. The proposed model, is based on the Austin-Technopolis model, and is focused on the areas of dynamic small Businesses and Entrepreneurship, Cultural, Ethical, and Institutional Studies, Policy Issues and Analysis, and Private Enterprise Education.
