A problem has been raised by mycologists who have been appealing for protection of fungi which have begun to disappear. The necessity of their law protection and placing certain species on the list of protected species or at least on the red list pointed out in the paper. General conclusions about the possibilities and ways of performing these tasks have been discussed. Zadanie pt.
