Foreign trade has been an exchange uneven ecological, a long time and today is no exception. This inequality has sparked a long history of predation from the nature, not precisely because of pressure of the human population on resources natural, but because of the pressure of the exports. The so-called Third countries World they export more and more, to be able to pay External Debt and in the end they run out of resources and more indebted; they manage to increase the value of exports based mainly on export more quantity, instead of exporting higher priced products or services.
