Valoración del síndrome de estar quemado, estados de ánimo y actividad física en las y los funcionarios administrativos del Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones (TSE)

Abstract

Presenta un estudio sobre las relaciones entre el estrés, los estados de ánimo y el nivel de actividad física en los funcionarios administrativos del Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones, con una muestra de 80 personas en total, el cual tuvo como objetivo determinar la prevalencia de casos del síndrome de estar quemado y caracterizar el perfil de estados de ánimo en las y los funcionarios administrativos activas físicamente del Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones (TSE). Se utilizaron los instrumentos: la Medida de Burnout de 22 ítems, Perfil de Estados de Ánimo (POMS) de 65 ítems y el Cuestionario Internacional de Actividad Física (IPAQ) en su versión corta de 7 preguntas.concluir que los niveles de riesgo del síndrome de estar quemado, el departamento donde se labora, el nivel de actividad física, el sexo, los años de laborar y la edad, no siempre están relacionadas con el riesgo de estar quemado. Es sumamente preocupante que en un porcentaje significativo de la población estudiada existe la presencia de alguno de los componentes del síndrome de estar quemado, ya sea agotamiento, despersonalización o falta de realización personal, además de la presencia de algunos estados de ánimo negativos, así como un porcentaje importante de la población sea sedentaria. Esto llama la atención sobre la importancia de investigar otras posibles causas
