Optimización energética de bombeos de inyección directa a redes colectivas de distribución de agua

Abstract

En este trabajo se ha realizado un estudio de optimización energética de bombeos de inyección directa a redes colectivas de distribución del agua. Para ello, se ha utilizado tres sistemas de regulación de bombeo y dos curvas de frecuencias de caudales de tiempos de riego para cultivos hortícolas y arbóreos. Con estos parámetros se ha realizado una simulación en un banco de ensayos y se ha realizado un análisis comparativo tanto de los sistemas de regulación de bombeo como de las curvas de frecuencias de caudales, para ver la combinación que optimiza el consumo energético de bombeo de inyección directa a redes colectivas de distribución del agua. El sistema de regulación de bombeo más eficiente es el compuesto por tres bombas de velocidad variable, en comparación con los sistemas de regulación de dos bombas de velocidad variable y una bomba de velocidad fija y el de una bomba de velocidad variable y dos bombas de velocidad fija tanto para caudales de tiempo de riego para cultivos hortícolas como para cultivos arbóreos. Además, la distribución de caudales también es un factor que influye en la optimización del consumo energético, siendo los caudales de tiempo de riego más largo los más eficientes

This paper has conducted a study of energy optimization of direct injection pumps collective water distribution networks. To do this, we used three control systems and two curves pumping frequency flows runtimes for horticultural and tree crops. With these parameters was performed a simulation on a test bench and performed a comparative analysis of both regulatory systems pumping as the frequency curves flow, to see the combination that optimizes the energy consumption of pumping injection direct collective water distribution networks. The most efficiency regulation pumping system is composed of three variable speed pumps, compared to other two control systems, two variable speed pump and a constant speed pump and one variable speed pump and two constant speed pumps. for both flow discharge pattern, horticultural crops and tree crops. Furthermore, the distribution of flow is also a factor in the optimization of energy consumption, with the flow of time longer more efficient irrigation
