Diseño de cartilla para la ansiedad escolar infantil

Abstract

La ansiedad escolar se caracteriza por la dificultad grave para asistir o permanecer en el colegio de forma regular, esto debido al miedo excesivo e irracional asociados a diversas situaciones escolares. Hay estudios epidemiológicos que demuestran que la ansiedad escolar tiene una frecuencia de cerca del 18% en estudiantes entre 3 y 14 años, y con base en esto se puede decir que estos problemas cuando no son tratados se pueden trasladar o evidenciar en dificultades en la vida adulta. Por tal motivo hemos decidido realizar una cartilla para poder generar una prevención e identificar prontamente las características propias de la ansiedad escolar que afectan en la edad más crítica del desarrollo humano la cual coincide con la etapa básica estudiantil; esto beneficiará a directivos, docentes, padres y estudiantes, quienes al tener la oportunidad de informarse en esta temática podrán establecer modelos de enseñanza y crianza efectivos para disminuir la aparición o para tomar acción oportuna frente a los casos de ansiedad escolar.
