Abstract

En el presente ensayo, se expondrá las facultades que existen para intervenir con el derecho a la vida, y los respectivos argumentos que fueron necesarios, para establecerlas dentro del marco legal. Para ello tendremos enfoque en dos casos particulares que se evidencian en nuestro diario vivir, como lo son la Eutanasia y el aborto, partiendo principalmente desde los hechos por los cuales estas se consideran legales y bajo qué medidas o parámetros son manejadas, afirmando así mismo que en la primera de estas prácticas se quiere defender el derecho a una muerte digna y en la segunda se considera como un homicidio de un ser que viene en camino, excepto en tres circunstancias posteriormente mencionadas en este ensayo.
