Derecho a la vida

Abstract

Tomar en serio el derecho a la vida significa cosas diversas dependiendo de una serie de factores que se encuentran en el entorno de la persona que intente hacerlo. Teniendo en cuenta que el derecho a la vida contiene toda nuestra existencia, es muy complejo definirlo desde un solo punto de vista. Por eso, en este trabajo se encuentra una explicación sobre el derecho a la vida, un nombre muy corto para un concepto que al ser parte de los derechos fundamentales. Si bien nadie niega su status de derecho principal este se pone en una condición de divergencia hacía el resto de los derechos, ya que abarca grandes extensiones de debates a lo largo de la historia; desde temas ya superados como la esclavitud a otros de los que aún siquiera se sabe mucho, contemplados en el Bioderecho como lo son clonación, cíborgs, entre otros.
