Abstract

Diferentes técnicas y tipos de animales han sido empleados en el estudio del aprendizaje en invertebrados. Por ejemplo, varios autores (Ratner y Miller, 1959; Watanabe, Takaya, Ogawa, Kitamura y Oka, 2005) han llevado a cabo el condicionamiento cl´asico en lombrices utilizando una vibraci´on como est´ımulo condicionado (EC) y una luz brillante como est´ımulo incondicionado (EI). Sin embargo, se observan algunas diferencias param´etricas entre los procedimientos que se emplearon (intensidad del est´ımulo, intervalo entre ensayos, etc.). Esto podr´ıa suponer un problema a la hora de generalizar resultados, as´ı que ser´ıa interesante estandarizar t´ecnicas de comportamiento en este campo. Con el fin de contribuir a este objetivo, intentamos, bas´andonos en el procedimiento de condicionamiento cl´asico en la lombriz de tierra de Reyes-Jim´enez, Abad y Paredes-Olay (2015), trazar la curva de aprendizaje a lo largo de diferentes fases de entrenamiento y prueba. En estos experimentos manipulamos la intensidad de la vibraci´on (EC). Sin embargo, los resultados fueron diferentes a los esperados. Estos resultados se han interpretado en t´erminos de interferencias de procesos b´asicos como la habituaci´on o efectos de la sobreexposici´on.
