Abstract

La actividad de "Berges" se va a centrar en la producción de cerveza artesanal, elaborada con materia prima 100% natural y sin aditivos, para su posterior venta a tiendas especializadas, bares y restaurantes, para que ellos puedan cubrir la demanda de un nicho de mercado existente: aquellos consumidores que se encuentran insatisfechos con las cervezas industriales convencionales. Además, se brindará a los consumidores la oportunidad de disfrutar de una cerveza con un sabor único, especial y distinguible para los paladares más exigentes. La empresa también pretende dar a conocer y extender la cultura de la cerveza artesanal, y para conseguirlo se impartirá información relacionada con esta actividad, como son talleres de elaboración, cata y maridajes, para proporcionar además la experiencia y el momento de disfrutar y aprender mediante el diseño de sus propias recetas, mejorando y adaptando los productos y servicios a las nuevas necesidades y exigencias del mercado.

The "Berges" activity is focus on the production of craft beer, elaborated with prime matter 100% natural and without preservatives and additives, for his next sale to selected shops, breweries and restaurants, so that they can cover the demand of a niche of existent market: those consumers that feel unsatisfied with the conventional industries beers. Besides, it will offer to the consumers the opportunity to enjoy a beer with a special and unique flavour, for the most demanding palates. The company also pretends to promote and improve the culture of craft beer, and with this objective it will give training related with this activity, as workshops of preparation, tasting and marriage and not only to provide the experience and the moment to enjoy but also to learn design recipes, imporoving andadapting the products and services to the new needs and demands of the market.
