Abstract

Debido a las nuevas necesidades dietarías de los consumidores que buscan respaldar su salud mediante buenas practicas alimenticias se detectó la oportunidad de presentar al mercado internacional un tipo de aceite elaborado a partir de semillas de sacha inchi, no muy conocidas en la población mundial debido a que estas se originan en la amazonia de algunos países suramericanos. Estas semillas proveen gran cantidad de nutrientes esenciales, los cuales las convierten en una excelente alternativa de consumo que podría reemplazar muchos de los aceites tradicionales que perjudican o afectan la salud de los consumidores. Due to new dietary needs of consumers that looking maintains their health through good dietary practices, the opportunity to present to the international market a type of oil made from sacha inchi seeds was detected. This oil is not very known in the world's population because it is originates in the Amazon of some South American countries. These seeds provide many essential nutrients, which make them an excellent alternative of consumption. It could replace many traditional oils that harm or affect the health of consumers. For this reason, it is considered appropriate to evaluate, analyze and design a plan to export this product that it determining the appropriate market to try to ensure high marketing potential.
