ABSTRACT: Since the publication of Law 31/1995 of 8 November on prevention of occupational risks, it has been seen a change of vision in the different agents that are involved in the workplace (company, employee, mutual ...), which they are increasingly aware about maintaining guidelines to protect their safety and health. Yet the efforts to protect this Act are scarce due to a lack of "preventive culture" within the school environment, and more specifically in our case, in the space reserved for programs to improve learning and performance space. Through this proposal, a new elective course for these programs, called "preventive culture" is to enhance the importance of safety and health, and our students are the future workers who are directly applied the Act Prevention of occupational hazards.
