Desarrollo sostenible en empresa familiar y empresa no familiar

Abstract

RESUMEN: Las necesidades de la sociedad evolucionan al igual que lo hacen los productos y servicios que comercializan las empresas. Los agentes se ven obligados a adaptarse al medio y, como imprescindibles en una economía, deben seguir creando valor sostenible en un entorno en el que las inquietudes y concienciación de los consumidores cambian. Los ODS aportan una hoja de ruta hacia la sostenibilidad en todos los ámbitos. En el caso de las empresas, conduce seguir creando ese valor que se entrega a los consumidores sin pasar por alto que sea sostenible. En este trabajo se estudia si la aplicación de los ODS en las operaciones de dos empresas; Mercadona como empresa familiar y Lidl como empresa no familiar condiciona la creación de valor de manera sostenible atendiendo a su naturaleza.

ABSTRACT: Society's needs evolve and so do the products and services marketed by companies. Stakeholders are forced to adapt to the environment and, as indispensable in an economy, they must continue to create sustainable value in an environment of changing consumer concerns and awareness. The SDGs provide a roadmap to sustainability in all areas. For businesses, it leads to continuing to create that value that is delivered to consumers without neglecting sustainability. This paper studies whether the implementation of the SDGs in the operations of two companies; Mercadona as a family business and Lidl as a non-family business, conditions the creation of value in a sustainable way according to their nature.
