RESUMEN: Este estudio tiene como objeto determinar qué se entiende por ecofeminismo y cómo influye la filosofía de este movimiento en la organización de nuestra sociedad. Para ello, se realizará una exposición de las diferentes teorías que lo forman, desde sus orígenes hasta nuestros días, con la ayuda de las aportaciones de importantes mujeres que han contribuido a la formación del pensamiento ecofeminista en su conjunto. Además, se analizará la aplicación práctica que tienen estas teorías en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico en tanto que, el Derecho se nutre de la realidad en que se vive. Y, teniendo en cuenta que el ecofeminismo está cada vez más presente en las reclamaciones sociales, es importante conocer sus bases de cara a la aplicación de las futuras leyes que se puedan crear. ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine what is understood by ecofeminism and how the philosophy of this movement influences the organization of our society. For this, an exhibition of the different theories that form it, from its origins to the present day, will be held with the help of contributions from important women who have contributed to the formation of ecofeminist thinking as a whole. In addition, the practical application of these theories in our legal system will be analyzed, while the Law draws on the reality in which it is lived. And, given that ecofeminism is increasingly present in social claims, it is important to know its basis for the application of future laws that may be created.
