Estrategias de marketing para industrias alimentarias

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Today companies cannot keep themselves in a comfort situation if they want to keep growing. The current market is characterized by the large number of competitors that we find in addition to performing similar activities in many cases. Market growth expectations go much further for the next few years, going hand in hand with the increase in population. On the other hand, companies and businesses have the possibility to carry out their functions and develop their economic activity more easily than a while ago. The evolution of ideas, the development of technologies and globalization are aspects that have generated many opportunities in our market. Companies today have the opportunity to develop different strategies based on their interests, the needs of consumers and to a greater extent depending on the demands and situation of the planet. All these strategies will aim to attract new consumers, increase sales and strengthen the company's image. Today, all this has to be carried out from a responsible practice, being aware and introducing new more sustainable production methods. Importance in the times that run to the emergence or expansion of a greener audience, more aware of the care of the environment and the quality of the products they consume, will make new companies appear or changes occur in the rest. New forms of production at the sea, monitoring in more detail the species that are caught and their size, different ways of raising marine animals that will cause many traditional fishing methods to be left behind. Highlight the evolution that agriculture has undergone, from its beginnings BC until now, with the implementation of new technologies, biotechnology and at the same time the increase in pollution, evolution of seeds, reducing germination times and many other forms and production methods.
