RESUMEN: Desde que la mujer consiguió acceder al mundo laboral y dejó de ser asociada al cuidado de la familia, ha tenido que enfrentarse a numerosas dificultades por ir abriéndose camino, alcanzar un reparto equitativo de tareas y no ser la única responsable. A pesar del gran desarrollo que nuestra sociedad ha sufrido, la búsqueda de este equilibrio siempre ha sido un reto. Por ende, el fin de este trabajo es analizar cuál ha sido la evolución sobre la conciliación de la vida laboral y familiar en España desde sus inicios hasta la actualidad, cómo ha afectado a las personas dependiendo de su género o cómo se ha ido abordando e implantando en la sociedad. Por otro lado, también se hará un análisis de cómo afecta este tema a las diferentes partes de la relación laboral, empresario y trabajador y de cómo las empresas buscan implantar medidas de conciliación satisfactorias. Para todo ello, partiremos de una base teórica donde hablaremos de los conceptos básicos que nos ayudarán a comprender y abordar esta investigación, para, tras todo esto, poder hacer un desarrollo que nos permita plantear unas conclusiones sobre la situación actual y cómo afecta a la sociedad en la que vivimos.

ABSTRACT: Since the woman gained access to the world of work and ceased to be associates with home care, has had to face many difficulties by going open way, to achieve an equitable sharing of tasks and not be solely responsable. Despite the great developmet that our society has suffered, the search for a balance between working life and family life has always been a challenge. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to analyze what has been the evolution of the reconciliation of working and family life in Spain from the beginning until today, how it has affected people depending on their gender, or how it has been addresing and implanted in our society. On the other hand, it will be also made an analysis of how this issue affects the different parts of the employment relationship, businessman and worker. For all of this, we will start from a theoretical basis, where we will talk about the basic concepts that wil help us to understand and adress the research, for, after oll of this, can make a development that will allow us to draw conclusions about the current situation and how it affects the society in which we live.
